One platform for industrial preservation management.
SPP connects preservation planning, equipment records, job cards, field activities, QR identification, documentation and reporting into one structured workflow.
Equipment Register
Maintain structured equipment information and preservation status.
Preservation Calendar
Plan recurring preservation activities across weeks and years.
Job Card Management
Generate, track, return and close preservation job cards.
QR Identification
Connect physical equipment and job cards with their digital records.
Field Access
Allow authorized personnel to retrieve information from mobile devices.
Observations
Capture and manage preservation-related field observations.
Documents
Connect preservation records with controlled document storage.
Reporting
Turn preservation activities into useful project visibility.
Plan preservation activities across the project lifecycle.
Weeks WK01–WK52 across multiple configurable years, with recurring frequencies, overdue tracking and out-of-plan handling.

Digital identity for equipment and job cards.
Each equipment record can carry a permanent unique digital identifier, so the code on the asset keeps pointing at the right record as operational details change.
EQ-000001
The code identifies the record, not the data
The equipment QR identifies the equipment record rather than depending on changing operational information. If authorized information such as contractor, preservation status or schedule changes, the QR continues to point to the current SPP equipment record.

Every job card can have its own unique identity.
Each generated job card receives an independent, system-generated identifier, so returned paperwork can be matched back to exactly the right record.

The job card identifier does not depend on tag number, contract code, week or frequency alone. Independent identifiers let the architecture carry very large job card volumes without collisions.

Scan. Identify. Access.
Authorized personnel can retrieve the information they are permitted to see from a phone in the field.
A QR scan never bypasses authentication or tenant authorization. The scan resolves an identifier; the server still decides whether this user, in this company, may see this record, and only permitted information is returned.

Isolation is enforced server-side
Tenant isolation is enforced by backend and database authorization. Frontend routing, a company name, a URL or a subdomain are not treated as a security boundary. A user belonging to one company does not receive another company's data from the backend.
Control who can see and do what.
Permissions are granted by role and scoped to a company, a project or a module.
Example roles
- Company Admin
- Project Manager
- Preservation Manager
- Supervisor
- Engineer
- Field User
- Viewer
Example permissions
Permission scopes
Company Admin
Can manage users and permissions belonging to their own company. Cannot access other companies, the SPP Super Admin role, or SPP core configuration.
Security built into the platform architecture.
Access control is applied where it counts — on the server, against the signed-in user's company and permissions.
Authentication
Controlled access to SPP accounts.
Authorization
Server-side verification of user permissions.
Tenant Isolation
Company data separated through backend access controls.
Role-Based Permissions
Users only receive permitted functionality.
Secure Integrations
External services use controlled API permissions.
Audit Trail
Important actions can be recorded for traceability.
We describe the controls the platform implements rather than claiming certifications. If your organisation requires a specific compliance position, raise it with us and we will tell you plainly where SPP stands today.
Turn preservation activity into project visibility.
The same records that drive the schedule also answer the questions a project review asks.

Designed for complex industrial projects.
Oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, energy, EPC, construction, commissioning and industrial facilities — wherever preservation runs at scale.
Preservation Teams
Plan and control recurring preservation activities.
Field Supervisors
Track scheduled work and equipment status.
Engineers
Access preservation history and technical records.
Project Management
Monitor overall preservation performance.
EPC Organizations
Control large equipment populations across project stages.

The step after manual workflows stop scaling.
Spreadsheets get a project a long way. SPP is what comes next when the equipment count, the frequencies and the paperwork outgrow them.
